    DID NOT TURN UP EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A BLOCKED TOILET ALL DAY!!! I tried to call them all day and the phone went directly to voicemail. I HAD TO PULL OUT WADS OF PAPER AND MESS WITH MY OWN HANDS. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! HOPELESS!!!

    Very happy with the service that I have received with this company. The plumbers were very punctual and tidy. Great customer service and prices. Definitely would recommend!

    Called after hours, actually got an answer from reception! Plumber knocked on my front door within the hour. Great outcome for a not very pleasant job. Thanks guys!!

    Was woefully over charged, invoice said 2.2hrs labour but i timed the time he was actually in the house was 1 hr 11mins total and drove off to get a part he didnt have with him, Must of charged us for that to. Also moved a drain we did not ask to move, only wanted taps cut off and 2 threaded elbows put 1 ft down from where the taps was, $340!!!
