  The store was getting completely smashed with customers, yet the staff still spoke clearly, weren’t flustered, worked in unison beautiful and I didn’t feel rushed even though they moved at a quick pace. Let me know exactly which products were extra in price, so no surprises at the end, and asked if I had any allergies.

  Zambrero has always been my go to burrito fix, but the Moonah store’s service took it to the next level. I only wish I’d gotten the name of the girl who served me. Long brownish hair, and I think a nose piercing working 14/12 at 12:45ish on the counter not drive through - you were brilliant, thank you.

  Normally when I go to a fast food restaurants I expect the same experience, disappointing. Tonight was not like those nights. Tonight at 7:30 I walked in with a long line. I didn't mind waiting as the guy on shift was working as hard as he could,even though it was just him. When it was my turn to get served he was funny informative and got me on an upsell I couldn't refuse. For who is ever in charge you should give Jack a gold star. Employee's like this is why I return to businesses.

  Tasty, healthy fast food with a conscience. Offers drive-thru, unique to this Zambrero in the Hobart region. Disabled access via ramp on the front.
