  Went for Christmas party and the generous platters of meats, sauces and perfectly cooked vegetables were without fault. Compliments to the Chef.

  Visited hotel for lunch on Friday 14 July, 2017. Have visited hotel previously and have enjoyed their meals. Both ordered ale battered white fish served with slaw and chips. Meals arrived and straight away you could see the fat/grease running off the fish. Tried to strip the batter from the fish, but the batter was not of good quality and stuck to the fish. Fish did not appear to be fresh and once the batter was removed very small pieces of fish. Therefore, we could not eat the meal. Left the table and told the staff that it was disgusting....very young staff member, rang up the till and muttered, I will tell someone. Can't eat there again, both felt ill the rest of the afternoon because of the amount of fat. Suggest the batter be of much better quality or be fresher and definitely use better quality fish.

  Sadly got priced out of here. Simply poor value. That's not to say the food is bad because it isn't. But there are better options in the area than paying $26 odd bucks for a Parmi lunch.

  Place was empty and they ask us whether we had a reservation. Staff say that they are not getting paid after a certain time and hurry you out.. it's a simple recipe really just do ok food be nice to customers and people will keep coming back. Good venue with good outside area now the management just has to get right
