  I would give zero stars if I could. My first trip to McDonalds in 10 years and if possible it is even worse. It's poor quality, not really that cheap, service is barely adequate from workers who obviously have little interest in being there, items on the menu not available and the "restaurant" was akin to a rubbish tip with bins overflowing, food scattered everywhere and rivers of spilled drink on the floor.

  Service in drive through is slow. Every weekend there is at least a twenty minute wait. Absolutely ridiculous. Drive through is supposed to be fast but not in this McDonalds. Avoid going there unless you have plenty of time to sit in a line

  I go here in between waiting for my bus at Metro Springfield as it is always open. I buy a small item which arrives quickly, and read the free newspaper, usually The Mercury. I feel lucky a 24 hour McDonald's is in my area.

  Quality of food has dropped badly in last 2 years. Price is horrendous. Only thing going for it is convenience
