  Thanks for the disgusting way you treated myself & daughter today... This is one shop I will never ever step foot in again absolutely disgusting!!! As we are at the counter ready to pay my 3 year old yells I need to go to the toilet mummy... I asked if they had a toilet she could use. You would expect them to have a toilet right... well they do... but it's not for customers & certainly not allowed for little girls to use. Staff Use only we were told!!! Even after saying seriously can she please just use it, the response was no its out the back... So 3 female staff members stood there watching a 3 year old cross her legs & ask to go to the toilet... We were told to go to the bowling alley next door & use theirs!!! Ciguena obviously send customers there all the time as they are sick of the baby shop sending people in there!!! Being 8 months pregnant myself & unable to pick her up & run to Mc Donalds to use theirs, the outcome was a very wet girl who couldn't hold on & is extremely upset after having her first accident in public!!! So much for customer service!!! I would have expected a little more sympathy from a baby shop!!! Seriously... My daughter now wants to go back to wearing nappies... in the words of a 3 year old "But mummy the lady said no I couldn't go to the toilet so I had an accident" Even after calling to express my disgust with Management i was just reminded that its out the back & customers are not allowed out there to use it... You can turn an adult away who can understand & handle it but a 3 year old... Disgusting coming from a baby shop who should care about families & toddlers however their response is that their policy is in line with all other retailers in Hobart not allowing customers to use their toilet...

  We've been to every baby store in the state, wouldn't go anywhere else and we live 2hrs drive away.
