  Was visiting town and came in wanting to train, but was told "no casual sessions" - apparently they're "not very common". Although I had an existing gym membership elsewhere, my girlfriend did not - unhelpful staff refused to sign up either of us to a free trial. Couldn't train and was told to leave. Disappointing experience.

  DO NOT JOIN ZAP! They don't have lockers and if you have something stolen, which I did, they won't do anything about it. I was told it was 'too hard" to do anything about my stolen $300 headphones and to email their supervisor if I had a problem with it. My emails have been ignored and I was told it was my fault as I shouldn't have had valuables at the gym... so I can't workout at the gym with my headphones??? After speaking with other people about this I found out I wasn't the only one who has had this happen with Zap. People get away with stealing your stuff so there is no stopping them.There are plenty of other gyms that are just as cheap and better.

  Recently equipped with some new machines, well maintained (Except for the training gloves) and an all round good gym. Staff can seem uninterested sometimes but you can't really blame them.

  Great gym. Good variety of weight lifting equipment and cardio machines.

  Good gym. No climbing ropes or chin up bars
