    The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Initially I was trying to shop online but I prefer to have a look at them by myself. That was a correct decision.

    Just spoke to a girl on the phone called Tash who was very polite, friendly and helpful. That is the first dealings I have ever had with The Good Guys and from that first positive experience I would highly recommend them.

    I brought a front loader washing machine and was floor stock. Before i left the store I was told if something was wrong to ring Lg. That was the 8th of August. It appears to be a lemon a very big lemon. Contacted Lg, who rang with a service no for repainters in Cambridge Tas. I still have not had anyone come to repairapparently they are waiting on parts, which really confuses me as no one has looked at it..Im very dissapointed with everyone concerned and wont buy anything from here or a Lg appliance again
