  If this is the only place left in Tasmania to fix your car, i would still recommend catching a ferry and get your work done elsewhere.By far the worst experience i had with them.I booked in for an appoimtment 1 week in advance.A day before my appointment i confirmed the booking and the time i should bring the car in.When i eventually took my car there the reply was that we dont have any booking.On top of that they didnt even have the parts that they ordered for my car.So basically they messed up my whole weekend completely because the car was commercial and i couldnt use it for business.I lost atleast $700 work.It has been a worst experience because they didnt even feel sorry for or they couldnt arrange to work on my car that day.I did show them the call i made day before which they acknowledged.Last but not the least i got my work done less than half the price they quoted which made me write this review.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless you know what you are paying for.
